Important Dates:

  • • To prepare, our branch lobby and drive thru will be CLOSED Thursday, September 1 - Monday, September 5 (Labor Day)
  • • New website and mobile app will launch Saturday, September 3
  • • Drive thru will reopen Tuesday, September 6 at 7:30AM
    • Lobby will reopen Tuesday, September 6 at 8AM

What You CAN Do September 1 - September 5

  • Use your OCFCU checks
  • Use your debit card for purchases
  • Use your debit card at all ATMs

What WILL change and how you can prepare

  • Your online banking transaction history WILL NOT be carried over to the new system.
    • Print out any history and statements you may need prior to 6PM, Wednesday, August 31
    • Carefully review your August statement and
    • Notify us of any issues prior to 6PM, Wednesday, August 31
  • You will need to create a NEW online user name and password using your member number.
  • If you have automatic transfers set up to move money from checking to savings, you will have to set those up again in the new system.

What You CANNOT Do August 31 - September 5

  • Conduct banking in the branch lobby or drive thru after Wednesday, August 31, 6PM.
  • Our branch lobby and drive thru will be closed
    • Thursday, September 1
    • Friday, September 2
    • Saturday, September 3
    • Monday, Labor Day, September 5
  • Access your accounts through OCFCU online banking or mobile app.
  • Online banking will be unavailable Wednesday, August 31, 6pm - Saturday, September 3 Please visit the website, www.OneCommunityFCU.org for more details and follow us on Facebook.

What will NOT change

  • Your account number(s)
  • The OCFCU routing number
  • Direct Deposits, Payroll Deductions, Social Security, and ACH Payments you have set up will continue as usual
  • ACH (automatic payments) we have set up on your behalf will continue as usual

• LOGON ID is your Primary Member Number. Example:

SECURITY CODE (Password) is the last 4-digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN
